Yes this is a real van I seen driving home from work this evening!! At first I didn't realize the basket and box were tied down to the top, but even though they are secure it still makes me laugh.

Our diagnosis may be invisible, but we are not!
Yuck, I hate being sick.
Combination of steroids to ease fibro/lupus
pain, an ear infection resistant to antibiotics,
and my condition's precursor for Diabetes...
Oh and don't forget to multiply that by the power of
brand new sugar meds/insulin...
and I'm very sick...

I am blessed to be able to breathe.
